‘Hatha Yoga classes with Mary O’Shea have been running very successfully here in S.M.A. for over 15 years and are popular with ladies,gents and teens of all ages and level of fitness. Many clients have benefitted and enjoyed these classes and continue to enroll year after year.

All classes are course based( 6/7 weeks) and are held on Tue.and Wed.evenings.
